By accessing or using our website or platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and login details when users voluntarily register, subscribe, or contact us.
Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected for security, analytics, and performance monitoring.
Payment Information: Limited payment-related information required solely for transaction processing. All payment transactions are securely processed by authorized third-party payment gateway providers. We do not store any card, banking, or sensitive financial details on our servers.

Our platform allows users to register or log in using Google Authentication. When users choose to sign in with Google, we may receive certain basic profile information such as the user's name, email address, and profile picture, as permitted by Google.

We do not receive or store users' Google account passwords. Authentication is handled securely through Google's OAuth services. The information received from Google is used only for account creation, authentication, and user identification purposes.

TredexView is a market data calculation, analysis, and visualization platform created strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

TRINETRA AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED is NOT a SEBI registered broker, investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. We do not provide trading tips, investment advice, or trade execution services.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.

We do not sell, rent, or trade user personal information to third parties. We share limited app-activity events and the device Advertising ID with Meta only for ad measurement, as described in section 6A below.

6A. Advertising Measurement (Meta)

When you install the TredexView Android app from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and log in after accepting this Privacy Policy, the app uses the Meta (Facebook) App Events SDK to tell Meta Platforms, Inc. that the app was opened and that a sign-up was completed. This shares app-activity events and your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID) with Meta. We use this only to measure and improve our ads. We do not share your name, mobile number, email, or any trading or market data with Meta. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings (Settings > Google > Ads), and you can request deletion of your data as described in section 7.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion

Subject to applicable laws, users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information and account data at any time by contacting us at support@trinetraailabs.com or support@tredexview.com.
