At TredexView (operated by TRINETRA AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED), we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal account and associated data.
1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Users have two methods to request permanent deletion of their account and personal data:
Option A: In-App Deletion
- Open the TredexView: Market AI app on your Android device.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to More / Profile Settings.
- Select Request Account Deletion and confirm.
Option B: Web & Email Request (Direct Submission)
If you prefer to request deletion via email, please send an email from your registered email address to our support team:

- Subject Line:
Account & Data Deletion Request - TredexView - Required Details: Registered Mobile Number (+91 XXXXXXXXXX), Registered Email Address, and Full Name.
2. Types of Data Deleted
- User Profile: Name, mobile number, email address, profile picture.
- Authentication records, password hashes, and active session tokens.
- Custom watchlist, preferences, and notification tokens.
3. Data Retention Policy
Certain historical financial and payment transaction records may be retained strictly as required by applicable Indian laws and regulatory frameworks (GST, Tax, and financial accounting compliance). Basic security audit logs are retained for fraud prevention up to 90 days.
4. Timeline
All verified deletion requests are permanently processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
